It is important that you have a Direct Debit in place for your mortgage payments with Paratus AMC Limited.
We have 4 dates that you can set up for your Direct Debit to go out on, making it easier for you to align with your salary payments. The dates are 1st, 15th, 20th and the last working day of the month.
If you want to set up a new Direct Debit, please call us on 0844 770 8030 to arrange over the phone, or to request a new Direct Debit mandate.
Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com ensuring you state your Paratus AMC Limited account number and your name.
Please note we only accept Direct Debits on
- Your personal account
- A personal joint account
If the account is not in your name you are required to fill out a 3rd Party Direct Debit authorisation form.
If your Direct Debit is returned unpaid by our bankers, for example, due to insufficient funds in your account or because you have cancelled the instruction to pay the Direct Debit we will charge a fee. For current information on our charges please refer to our Tariff of Charges page here.
If your Direct Debit is returned and you wish to make a manual payment into our bank, please be aware you will require our account number and sort code. In addition, please ensure that you quote your Paratus AMC Limited mortgage account number to ensure this is credited to your mortgage account.
